Welcome to BICUC!  

BICUC is the preeminent organization for facility management professionals within the financial services sector.  We are excited to share several key initiatives and events planned for 2026.  

Monthly Learning Sessions

On the fourth Thursday of each month, we host virtual learning opportunities - our  Munch & Master sessions and Fireside Chats – featuring relevant industry topics, practical insights, and actionable takeaways.  Details on upcoming sessions can be found on the BICUC webpage: https://ifmabicuc.org 

In-Person Networking Opportunities

If you plan to attend IFMA’s Fusion or World Workplace conferences this year, be sure to join us for our BICUC in-person gatherings.

BICUC Mentoring Program

Later this year, we will launch the new BICUC Mentoring Program.  With a strong community of experienced facilities management professionals, we will be matching mentors with members seeking guidance and professional development.  If you are interested in serving as a mentor or being paired with one, please contact BICUC at [email protected]
